Director - Demand Generation
Validity is seeking an experienced Director of Demand Generation to own all aspects of our demand generation strategy and the execution of programs for our direct sales organization. The Director - Demand Generation will own our marketing-generated pipeline targets for enterprise businesses and oversee a team covering campaigns, ABM, field events, and paid media. You will also partner with sales on Outbound efforts by collaborating on outreach sequence creation to align with marketing efforts.
You should have expertise in crafting and executing full funnel demand generation programs for multiple product offerings, while collaborating closely with customer marketing, product marketing, marketing ops, content, sales, and external vendors.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Own strategy, planning, and execution of end-to-end demand generation programs and campaigns through content, webinars, emails, nurture, events, paid media, partners, etc., that reach our ICP and target personas.
- Manage a team responsible for Campaign Management, Field Marketing, and Paid Media programs.
- Develop strategic multi-channel campaigns across the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue, understanding what’s working and optimizing for success.
- Own and optimize the MQL scoring model in coordination with Marketing Ops.
- Own account-based marketing strategy and execution, experience in 6Sense a plus.
- Handle logistics, coordination, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Product Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to align on a GTM strategy that aims efforts collectively at all business goals (new business & cross-sell).
- Partner with Sales to ensure coordinated follow-up on MQLd and optimization for the highest conversion rates.
- Partner with Sales on the creation and evaluation of outreach sequences to continually optimize performance.
- Own regular reporting and analysis on Demand Gen campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing on the lead lifecycle and email nurture programs to ensure new leads are properly engaged and educated.
We are looking for someone driven by numbers, passionate about great marketing, and experienced with B2B SaaS demand gen execution.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience leading Demand Generation for a B2B/SaaS organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Tactical experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
- Experience with paid media, account-based marketing, events, and high-volume content campaigns
- Experience working directly with Sales teams to coordinate efforts and drive quality results
- Experience with SFDC, SFMAE (Pardot), 6Sense, Qualified, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Attribution)
